Our couriers will usually attempt delivery twice before returning your parcel to us if they’re unsuccessful.
If delivery has been missed, check your tracking link many carriers offer options such as:
- Collecting from a local service point
- Rescheduling your delivery date
If your order is sent back to us, don’t worry, once received our returns team will process your refund within 14 working days.
Once refunded the funds will appear in your account within 3-5 working days depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
