You have 28 days from the date your order arrives to send your item back.
To make sure your refund is processed quickly, we ask you follow these simple rules! We can only process your return provided the:
- Items are unworn and unwashed
- Shoes have not been worn and show no signs of wear
All Missy Empire tags must be attached and items returned in their original packaging
- Items have no make-up stains or damage
- Hygiene seal has not been removed if it's underwear or swimwear
- Items returned must be in a resaleable condition
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please check the “My Item is Faulty” or “My Item is Incorrect” section before sending it back!
