When trying on your items, please make sure make-up, fake tan, perfumes, deodorants, smoke or other scents don’t leave marks, stains or odours on the fabric. Please also take care to avoid any damage (pulls, tears, or broken fastenings).
Items must be returned in perfect, resaleable condition. If an item is returned marked, stained, scented, damaged or worn, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send it back to you.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
